Where does Amogie ship?
For launch, we only ship domestically within the United States, with plans to ship internationally in the future.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders above $49.99, which means that just one Toiletry Kit will qualify for free shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Free shipping includes Economy Shipping and it will take orders 6-8 days to reach their destination.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your 3-month Happiness Guarantee?
Our 3-month Happiness Guarantee means that if for any reason you aren't happy with your AMOGIE products, you can return them within 3 months. It's that easy. We hope you'll love your product but if you don't, just reach out to us here.
What is your return policy?
In line with our 3-month Happiness Guarantee, you are able to return your AMOGIE products for 3 months. Send us your request by filling out this form. Please include your order number, name, and return address.
Do you offer free return shipping?
Yes, we do.
Can I exchange my bag for another color?
Absolutely! However, we do ask that the item is unused with original packaging and that you pay to ship your unwanted colorway back to us first. Once we receive your item, we'll send you your new one.
Product Support
How do I wash my Amogie Travel Kit?
You can wash the exterior and the interior of your Travel Kit with a damp cloth. The water-resistant, anti-bacterial materials are naturally stain resistant, so this shouldn't be something you need to do often.
My front closure/hanging hook is misaligned, what should I do?
Sometimes, the circular hook gets pushed out of alignment - using both hands, simply pull the ends back into alignment. If you continue to have trouble with the hook, reach out to us and we'll get you fixed up.
What are your products made of?
We're so proud of the materials that go into our products. 100% of our polyester materials are made out of 100% recycled content. In addition to this, our Toiletry Kit is made of an innovative Oyster Shell fabric that is composed of discarded oyster shells and rPET (recycled polyester).
